Returns and Exchange Policy

1. Used and New Firearms

All firearm sales are final. Due to federal and state regulations, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred. Orders that have been shipped and successfully transferred to the buyer cannot be canceled or returned.

2. Background Check Failures

If a buyer fails a federally required background check, the firearm must be returned to our FFL. In this case, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to cover administrative costs.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If a firearm is received damaged due to shipping, or is found to be defective, please contact us immediately. We may require photo evidence or a return to our FFL for inspection. Upon verification, we will repair, replace, or provide a store credit at our discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Ammunition and Accessories

Firearm accessories may be returned only if unopened and in original packaging, and are subject to a restocking fee.

Ammunition is not eligible for exchange under any circumstances due to safety and liability concerns.

5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun or a firearm has shipped to an FFL.

6. Shipping of Returns

All returns must be shipped through an FFL dealer. Firearms cannot be mailed directly by the customer. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is verified as damaged or defective.

7. Legal Compliance

By purchasing from Wild Boy Firearms & Ammunition, you acknowledge that all returns, exchanges, and transfers are subject to federal, state, and local laws, and must be processed through an authorized FFL dealer.

Exchanges

Due to federal and state firearms regulations, firearms cannot be exchanged once they have been transferred to the customer. Once a firearm has been legally transferred through an FFL, the transaction is considered final.

If a firearm is received and determined to be defective or damaged prior to transfer, the buyer must notify us immediately. In such cases, we may authorize an exchange or replacement only after inspection and verification, and only if permitted under applicable laws.

For exchanges involving non-firearm items (such as optics, magazines, parts, holsters, and other accessories), exchanges may be approved within (3) days of delivery provided the item is:

• Unused

• Unopened (if applicable)

• In original packaging

• In resalable condition

All exchange requests must be approved prior to return shipment. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item was shipped incorrectly or confirmed defective.

Ammunition is not eligible for exchange under any circumstances due to safety and liability concerns.

All exchanges are subject to compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and Wild Boy Firearms & Ammunition reserves the right to deny any exchange request at its sole discretion.
