Export Restrictions and Customer Certification
1. U.S. Export-Control Notice
- Certain firearms, ammunition, parts, components, accessories, optics, technical data, software, and related products sold by Wild Boy Firearms & Ammunition may be controlled under United States export-control and economic-sanctions laws, including:
- The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR);
- The Export Administration Regulations (EAR);
- Regulations administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC); and
- Other applicable federal laws and regulations.
- An item’s availability on our website does not mean that the item may lawfully be exported, reexported, transferred, disclosed, or provided to a foreign person or foreign destination.
2. No Unauthorized Exports
Wild Boy Firearms & Ammunition will not export a controlled item unless:
- Wild Boy Firearms & Ammunition has expressly agreed to participate in the export;
- The proposed transaction complies with all applicable laws; and
- Every required U.S. government license, authorization, exemption, or approval has been obtained and verified
- Customers must not ask or require Wild Boy Firearms & Ammunition to ship an item outside the United States, to an unauthorized freight forwarder, or to any location or person for the purpose of avoiding export restrictions
3. Prohibited Customer Conduct
- Unless expressly authorized by the appropriate U.S. government agency, a customer must not directly or indirectly:
- Export or reexport a controlled item from the United States;
- Transfer, sell, loan, furnish, deliver, or otherwise provide a controlled item to a foreign person, whether inside or outside the United States;
- Send or carry a controlled item to another country;
- Use a freight forwarder, intermediary, third party, or alternate address to facilitate an unauthorized export;
- Divert an item from its stated destination, recipient, or end use;
- Transfer controlled technical data, software, instructions, or defense services to a foreign person;
- Conduct a transaction involving a prohibited or restricted country, territory, person, organization, or end use; or
- Take any action intended to evade U.S. export-control or sanctions laws.
- These restrictions may continue to apply after the customer receives the item.
4. Customer Certification
By placing an order with Wild Boy Firearms & Ammunition, the customer represents, warrants, and certifies that:
- The customer does not intend to export, reexport, transfer, divert, sell, furnish, or otherwise provide the purchased item in violation of U.S. law.
- The customer will not provide a controlled item to a foreign person, foreign business, foreign government, foreign embassy, diplomatic mission, international organization, or other foreign entity without all required authorization.
- The customer is purchasing the item for the declared recipient, destination, and lawful end use.
- The customer is not acting as an undisclosed agent, intermediary, straw purchaser, freight forwarder, or representative for another person or entity.
- Neither the customer nor any party to the transaction is prohibited, restricted, sanctioned, or otherwise legally ineligible to participate in the transaction.
- The item will not be used in connection with a prohibited end use or transferred to a prohibited end user.
- All information supplied by the customer concerning identity, citizenship or residency, destination, recipient, and intended use is complete and accurate.
- The customer will obtain any required license or authorization before exporting, reexporting, transferring, disclosing, or providing the item.
- The customer is responsible for determining and complying with all laws applicable to any subsequent transfer, transportation, disclosure, or export of the purchased item.
5. Foreign-Person Restrictions
For purposes of this policy, the terms “U.S. person,” “foreign person,” “export,” “reexport,” and “transfer” have the meanings assigned to them under the law that governs the particular item or transaction.
