Firearms Purchases & FFL Transfers
All firearm purchases must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
After your order is placed, you may be contacted by our team to confirm and/or request the details of your selected FFL dealer. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to supply a valid FFL dealer in a timely manner to avoid delays in processing the order.
By purchasing a firearm from our website, you agree to:
- Provide a valid FFL dealer for shipment
- Complete all required background checks and paperwork
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Failure to complete the transfer process may result in restocking fees or order cancellation.
Ammunition Sales
Ammunition sales are subject to state and local laws. We do not ship ammunition to jurisdictions where it is restricted or prohibited.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws before placing an order.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Limit quantities purchased
- Correct pricing or typographical errors
Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or shipped.
Shipping Policy
- Firearms ship only to licensed FFL dealers
- Ammunition and accessories ship directly where permitted
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Adult signature may be required upon delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or regulatory requirements.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are subject to our Returns Policy.
Firearms:
- Must be inspected at the receiving FFL dealer before transfer
- Once transferred, firearms are considered used and cannot be returned
Non-firearm items:
- Must be returned in original packaging in uponed and unused condition within the specified return window
- May be subject to restocking fees
Pricing & Errors
We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing errors
- Cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing
- Update product information without notice
Prohibited Use
You may not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose, including:
- Violating any laws or regulations
- Providing false or misleading information
- Attempting to circumvent legal purchasing requirements
